WELCOME TO BUNJI RUNNING
Hello everyone, we are Mitch and Helena and we are very excited to welcome you all to Bunji Running. We are a multicultural couple from Colombia and Australia who currently live in New York. Running has a deep meaning for us. It is through running that we have found meaning in other aspects of our life, and we know everyone has their own reasons.

Bunji Running is a virtual running club dedicated to helping runners of all levels achieve their goals. With over 25 years of coaching experience, Bunji Running understands the challenges of fitting running into everyday life. As parents of twins with full-time jobs, we are committed to making running an enjoyable and positive habit for everyone.
Our training plans are grounded in science and research, incorporating the latest techniques used by professional athletes and adapting them for everyday runners. Whether you're training for a 5K or a marathon, our goal is to provide you with the best tools, community support, and expert guidance to help you succeed.
